Huka Studio provides web design and development services as agreed in individual project proposals. All work is custom unless otherwise stated.
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. We accept bank transfer and PayPal.
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design and code created for their project. Huka Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and all required content/assets are provided by the client. Delays caused by the client may extend the timeline accordingly.
Huka Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
